From Insight to Lasting Change

As an ICF Professional Certified Coach, I've received 400 hours+ of training, mentoring and examinations. Over the past decade, I've coached hundreds of professionals from more than 25 nationalities toward lasting behavioural change.

My specialisations in Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health add another dimension to my coaching practice. Understanding how the brain influences our habits, emotions, attention and behaviour helps me support clients beyond insight alone.

I integrate brain health principles with professional coaching to help people make practical changes that support cognitive and emotional wellbeing, build healthier habits and create sustainable ways of living and working.

The way you think, feel and respond shapes the choices you make — and, over time, the life you create. Yet many of the patterns influencing our behaviour operate outside our immediate awareness.

I help you look beyond the challenge you see on the surface and understand what may really be getting in the way. Together, we uncover the patterns shaping your habits, emotions, reactions and choices — and identify what needs to change.

From there, we turn insight into action: strengthening your self-leadership, developing healthier responses and building practical behaviours that support the life you want to create.

Because lasting change isn't about trying harder. It begins with understanding yourself better.

Timeless Results

Greater self-awareness. Stronger self-leadership. Healthier ways of thinking, feeling and acting.

Small changes in how you lead yourself today can transform the quality of your life tomorrow.

01

I know what I want and how to move forward. I gain greater clarity about what matters to me, what may be getting in the way and where to focus my energy and attention.

03

I build healthier habits that last.

I understand what drives my behaviour and use practical habit formation strategies to make healthier choices more natural and sustainable.

05

I think clearer, focus better and support my brain health. I develop everyday practices that support my attention, energy, resilience, mental wellbeing and long-term brain health.

07

I navigate challenges with greater confidence.  I approach change, uncertainty and difficult decisions with deeper self-awareness, flexibility and trust in my ability to move forward.

02

I lead myself with greater intention.

I become more deliberate and intentional about my choices, actions and behaviour — even when life feels demanding or uncertain.

04

I respond instead of react.

I strengthen my emotional regulation, understand my triggers and create more choice in how I respond to challenging situations.

06

I communicate with clarity and confidence.  I develop more effective communication through greater presence, active listening and clear, intentional expression.

08

I turn insight into lasting behaviour change. I translate what I discover about myself into new choices and behaviours that become consistent, long-lasting and part of how I live.

My Vision

A world where people lead themselves with greater awareness and intention — creating healthier, more fulfilling lives and a positive impact that extends beyond themselves.

Clepsydra, timely insight for timeless change

Clepsydra is the Greek word for water clock — one of the earliest instruments created to measure the passing of time. For me, it's also a symbol to become more intentional about how we use time.

“I don't have time.” How often does this become the reason we postpone the changes we know we need to make — taking care of ourselves, addressing what isn't working, changing an unhealthy habit or finally pursuing something that matters to us?

Yet the quality of our lives is shaped by the choices and behaviours we repeat over time, which are influenced by habits, emotions and patterns we may not fully recognise.

This is where coaching creates space to pause, understand yourself better, recognise what is shaping your choices and behaviour, and decide what you want to do differently. Meaningful change doesn’t happen in one defining moment; it happens through the choices we make, practise and repeat over time.

Your time is now. What would you like to change?

As one of my teachers, Betska K-Burr, taught me, the beliefs we carry can either open the door to greater confidence, joy and fulfilment — for ourselves and the people around us — or quietly limit how capable, seen and valued we feel.

That understanding sparked my curiosity to explore more deeply what shapes the way we think, feel and behave, eventually leading me to specialise further in Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health.

As Dr. Daniel Amen, psychiatrist and clinical neuroscientist, puts it:
“You are not stuck with the brain you have. You can make it better.”
